Charles Allem

Charles Allem, principal of CAD International, Inc., started his work in interior design over 30 years ago, apprenticing for internationally renowned designers. At a young age, Charles Allem was imbued with creating timeless spaces. By the time he was 20 years old, Charles was running one of the premier design studios in South Africa. Over the years, and many, many commissions later, he established his first California corporation, Charles Allem, Inc. in 1988.

Since then, he has transitioned his company into its current format, CAD International, Inc., a Florida corporation, stewarding it into a cutting edge design firm.

As a measure of his success, Allem has been named in Architectural Digest’s prestigious "AD 100". "AD 100" is a list of the world’s most gifted interior designers. (Please see the attached list of publications in which CAD International has been featured.)

His company has fully staffed commercial and residential divisions. This enables them to accommodate commissions of virtually any scale, scope or consequence. They perform a full due diligence review of each project, understanding it entirely before the work commences, so that the transition into professional design is perfectly smooth.
