Cindy Loon

LOON + CO.

Cindy and I go way back, or so it seems. Even though we've only worked together for a few years, it seems like ages that we've been collaborating. Our connection was instantaneous. From the moment I saw her portfolio of work, I knew we'd have a chance to do something together. It wasn't long until I had just the right project, and it's been fantastic ever since. Her creativity and openness to collaborate not just with me, but with the many changes clients make along the way, has always been handled with grace and style. Never once has she delivered anything less than 100 percent. Whether it's a destination wedding, a birthday party or a corporate event, Cindy always comes through on time, on budget and with a level of taste that I admire.

Cindy's a true professional, an artist, and a wonderful businesswomen. She delivers on her promise and always makes me, and my clients, look good.

Cindy Loon's Tips:

  • There is only one chance to make a first impression. Your invitations are the first correspondence for your event and set the tone for your celebration. Your invitation gives a sense of anticipation and excitement – setting the stage for a fabulous event.
  • Select a designer you trust; he or she will assist you in making the right decisions. Have an open mind and let your designer create.
  • All invitations and corresponding pieces must be designed as a unified, complete package that provides all the information that your guests will need. The pieces do not need to look cookie cutter; simply the color or pattern can tie all of the pieces together.
  • Carefully check wording, names, addresses and all components to prevent costly mistakes.
  • No loose pieces. If your invitation includes additional informational cards, maps, reply cards, etc., simply attach them to the back of the main invitation. Use a ribbon, paper band or removable double-sided sticky tape. A folder style invitation also works well. Anything goes…get creative!
  • It’s the weight that matters. Use a card stock of substantial weight for your invitation. Card stocks can be duplexed in order to make them heavier. Your guests will “feel” the quality!
