Instructions1. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the eggs, reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, until soft curds form. Stir in the yogurt, chives, salt and pepper and remove from heat.
