Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 tablespoons apple cider
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 tablespoon minced shallots
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, apple cider, honey, vinegar, water, shallots, mustard, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in the oil.
