Crispy Sweet Potatoes



Ingredients

  • Peanut oil
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and julienned
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan heat the peanut oil over medium-high heat. Fry the potatoes, a handful at a time, until golden brown, and transfer to paper towels to drain.

2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
